Personal link after purchase. A few days after your paid order, you'll receive an email with a personal review link. This link is valid only for that specific order – only customers who have purchased from us can leave a review.
One review per purchased product. Each crate you buy can be reviewed once.
Review before publishing. We read every review before it appears in the shop. Only spam, offensive, vulgar or irrelevant content is rejected – never a review because of a low star rating.
Customer photos. You can add a photo of the crates at home to your review. We’ll only show it with your permission.

Same crates, same seller. We also sell our wooden crates in our shop on the Kaufland.de marketplace. The reviews submitted there are shown with the relevant products.
Verified purchases only. Kaufland.de only allows reviews after a purchase. We adopt them unchanged – stars, date and text; reviews from Kaufland in other countries are shown in Kaufland’s German translation.
All reviews. We include all reviews, even less favourable ones – nothing is filtered out.
3How we calculate the average rating
For the product – Average of all published reviews for this product from our shop and from Kaufland.de.
Overall rating. The overall rating in the shop is the average of all reviews on Kaufland.de – each review is counted only once.
Search engines. In the structured data for search engines, we use only reviews from this shop.
4Shop replies
Under some reviews you'll find a reply from 'Holzkistenhaus' – especially if there was a problem. We do our best to resolve every issue: we replace the crate, refund the purchase price or offer you individual advice.
