1Voluntary 30-day Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary return policy of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Within these 30 days, you may return goods that are unused and in perfect, original condition without giving any reason.

• Registration: by e-mail to kontakt@holzkistenhaus.de or via our returns form. You will receive the return address or a return label from us.
• Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
• Refund: We will refund the purchase price via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the goods.
• Excluded: personalised or custom-made goods.

The voluntary right of return is an additional service. Your statutory right of cancellation (see below) and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

2Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. For multiple goods in a single order delivered separately, the period begins on the day you or your nominated third party have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Karol Brzuszek Crates Station, ul. Lotników 74/2, 38-400 Krosno, Polen, E-Mail: kontakt@holzkistenhaus.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of cancellation before the period expires.

3Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, most economical option), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. We will provide you with the return address or a return label after receiving your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value if it’s due to handling the goods in a way that wasn’t necessary to check their condition, properties or functioning.

4Exclusion or early expiry of the right to cancel

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. personalised crates with engraving or custom sizes).
