Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum quantity for wholesale orders?
There’s no fixed minimum quantity. We’re happy to provide a quote for orders of around a dozen wooden crates or more. The larger your order, the better the price. For several hundred crates, we deliver by pallet or lorry.
Why don’t you display prices on the website?
The price depends on the type, quantity, finish and shipping method of the wooden crates – so we prepare each quote individually. You'll receive our reply within 24 hours on working days.
Can you provide an invoice with VAT shown separately?
Yes. Once you accept the offer, you’ll receive a proforma invoice; after payment, we’ll send you the invoice with VAT shown, made out to your company details.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer based on the proforma invoice or online by credit card via a secure payment link, which you’ll receive with the offer.
How do you ship large orders?
We send smaller orders by DHL or UPS parcel, larger ones on a pallet, and very large ones by freight carrier. Dispatch is from our warehouse – you will receive the shipping costs in your quote.
Can I order custom sizes or a larger quantity of a model?
Yes – please describe what you need (dimensions, colour, quantity, deadline). You can also attach a photo or sketch. We’ll check what’s possible and get back to you with a suggestion.
Can I see the wooden crate in advance?
Yes. Before placing a large order, you can buy a single wooden crate in our shop to check the quality – just mention this in your enquiry.
