1Shipping

Each crate is carefully packed and sent insured.

• Delivery area: Germany
• Processing and dispatch: within 24 hours on working days (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment)
• Delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Shipping costs: Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.
• Shipping provider: DHL (for larger shipments, possibly UPS)

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

2Payment methods

• Bank transfer: After placing your order, you'll receive our bank details by email. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as payment is received.
• PayPal – available soon
• Credit card – available soon

All prices are in euros, including statutory VAT, plus any applicable shipping costs.

3Returns

You may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt (voluntary right of return, in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal). Please notify us of the return by e-mail or via our returns form – you will receive the return address or a return label from us.

Transfer of risk: For consumers, the risk passes only upon delivery of the goods. Information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation policy.
