We advise you on choosing the right crate, check the status of your order and help with returns. You communicate directly with our team – no hotline and no automated replies.
We process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking link by email.

How does a return work?
You have a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods. Simply send us a message or use the returns form – we will provide you with instructions and a return label.
